We're starting with the three potential sites furthest along in planning. If your estate isn't listed, that doesn't rule it out — every estate lawn in Johnstown is a candidate, and we're actively looking to expand.

We're not suggesting that there is a 'one design to fit all' solution. We see each estate offers different possibilities and opportunities for lawns, forests, meadows, hedges, pocket planting areas, large / small play areas.........endless pssibilities.

Johnstown has roughly 276,000 sqm of estate grass lawn in total, with over 40,000 sqm along the Green Km route and school approach roads alone. Elm & Chestnut and Athlumney Hall Bank are the pilot sites — what we learn there (cost, effort, what residents like and don't) will shape how we might create proposals for neighbouring estates like Bailis Downs, Maple and Beech.
